Who Are We?

The CALM Team is a group of lawyers and affiliates specializing in the evaluation, negotiation and settlement of insurance claims specifically arising from catastrophes or disasters. We consult with appraisers, certified adjusters, certified public accountants and other professionals to provide the most comprehensive evaluation and supporting documentation for our clients.

Our claims service team has handled over 7,500 claims, representing over 5,000 home and business owners with insurance claims arising from Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.

Our unique approach of legal experience combined with practical expertise in evaluating and documenting clients' damage has allowed us a clear advantage in successfully resolving our clients' claims.

We represent clients in those jurisdictions where we are licensed or where we have formed associations with licensed attorneys.
