What Does It Cost You?
We are paid on a contingency or percentage fee. We believe this is the fairest method of compensation to our clients for a number of reasons.
1. No Fees are due until you get paid by your insurance company.
At a time when a family or business is dealing with all the consequences of disaster or other catastrophe, additional legal fees are an expense most people can't afford. On the other hand, we believe many people do not get the settlements they deserve because they are worried about legal fees. A contingency arrangement means these fees are paid when you have the money to pay!
*No fee "until you get paid by your insurance company"refers only to fees charged by the attorney. Court costs and other additional expenses of legal action usually must be paid by the client. Contingent fees are not permitted in all types of cases.
2. Better Results for you means Better Results for Us.
A contingency fee really means that we are a team with our client. Because our fees are based on the settlement we are able to obtain for our client, we are highly motivated to obtain the best settlement possible. In addition, this arrangement drives us to be efficient and goal-oriented - no "spinning our wheels" or doing "busy work" to drive up hours and fees. Because we don't get paid until you get paid we are focused on moving your case along and resolving your claim in a timely manner.
