1.    We investigate, analyze and document your claim.

2.     We prepare and present your claim to the insurance company.

3.    We represent you in the negotiation and settlement of your claim.

Our experienced team of negotiators will deal directly with the insurance company adjusters to resolve your claim most favorably for you.  If litigation is required, our top-notch trial attorneys and affiliates will represent you in all aspects of the court proceedings.  In addition, our adjusters and appraisers will be available to offer expert testimony regarding our evaluation of the damages that you have suffered.  After a settlement is reached we will also represent you in obtaining any releases required from other interested parties (mortgage companies, government entities, etc.) to allow you to receive your funds as quickly as possible.
